The best way to get in contact with us is through Class Dojo. Please ask if you need any support with this.
Tanni Grey-Thompson is one of Britain's greatest ever paralympic athletes. She was born with a medical condition called spina bifida. This is a birth defect that means a baby's spine has not formed normally.
This means she uses a wheelchair. She was a keen athlete and by the age of 15, Tanni was racing for Wales in the Junior National Wheelchair Games where she won the 100m race. She went on to represent Great Britain at the Paralympic Games in 1988 and then the following 5 where she brought home a great collection of medals.
